Having worked in the social work field for over 10 years, I see the many struggles with mental health and addiction as attempts to survive in a modern society that places incredible demands on us.
Drawing on Buddhist psychology, harm reduction and the wisdom within you, I work with clients to move through and process life challenges by providing a nonjudgmental and empowering therapeutic space.

I specialize in working with adults seeking support for acute and complex trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, long term illness, greater relationship satisfaction and power imbalances at work, home and in the larger social spheres. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and supported by evidenced-based practices, (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), as well as the lessons to be learned from nature and ancient ways of healing and being.

Among persons of warmth and love for the human condition, they would help to draw out the secret, for they know it makes a wound that will not heal until the matter is given words and witness.
