Individual 50-minute session $150

Couples/Families 50-minute session $170

I am in-network with most Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna, Premera Blue Cross, Lifewise, First Choice, Regence BlueShield and Kaiser plans. I can provide reimbursement documentation for out-of-network benefits. If you do not have insurance or insurance coverage is limited, I encourage you to speak with me about sustainable payment for therapy.

A Good Faith Estimate, which outlines the costs of services you can reasonably expect to pay during the course of our work together, will be provided to clients before our first session.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment is needed, please provide at least 48-hour notice. No show appointments and appointments cancelled after the 48-hour window are charged the full session rate of
$150 (individuals) / $170 (couples/families).
