Individual 50-minute session $150

Couples/Families 50-minute session $170

I am in-network with most Aetna, United Behavioral Health, Premera Blue Cross, Lifewise, First Choice and Kaiser plans. I can provide reimbursement documentation for out-of-network benefits.

Some clients choose to pay out-of-pocket for counseling. This way I can assure the highest degree of flexibility and privacy regarding mental health records. My private records are exempt from insurance reporting and random compliance audits.

If you do not have insurance or insurance coverage is limited, I encourage you to speak with me about sustainable payment for therapy. For those in need, I offer a sliding scale. A Good Faith Estimate, which outlines the costs of services you can reasonably expect to pay during the course of our work together, will be provided to clients before our first session.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment is needed, please provide at least 48-hour notice. No show appointments and appointments cancelled after the 48-hour window are charged the full session rate of
$150 (individuals) / $170 (couples/families).
